My name is Eduard Ezeanu, and over the past 15+ years, as a therapist and as a coach I’ve been helping people from over 25 countries better manage their emotions and improve their communication skills, in order to live their most amazing lives possible.
I am passionate about helping other people live better, more fulfilling lives, and many of the problems I help them overcome are problems I’ve struggled with myself in the past.
Over the years I’ve developed approaches to therapy and coaching that are practical, results-oriented, and draw on the best scientifically validated methods and techniques out there. It’s one of the reasons why may main training as a psychotherapist is in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, which many consider the golden standard in psychotherapy.
